Vital Chems Weekly Discord Giveaway

Rules template effective September 2026. Each weekly giveaway is a separate promotion governed by these rules plus the giveaway post for that period (Section 3).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This is a sweepstakes: the winner is selected at random.

1. Sponsor

Vital Chems Research, 220 S Livermore Ave #604, Livermore, CA 94550 ("Sponsor"). Contact: support@vitalchems.co. The draw is administered by Sponsor's own automated Discord bot. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord Inc., TikTok, Meta Platforms, or Telegram, and entrants release each of them from any liability in connection with it.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and moderators of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. To enter through Discord, entrants must hold a Discord account in good standing and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. A person may win no more than once in any 90-day period. Sponsor may require proof of age and residency before awarding a prize; an ineligible potential winner is disqualified and an alternate is drawn by the same method.

3. Giveaway periods

Each weekly giveaway is a separate promotion with its own entry period and its own single prize. A period opens when Sponsor posts the giveaway in the #giveaways channel of the Vital Chems Discord server, normally Wednesday at 9:00 AM Pacific Time, and closes Sunday at 6:00 PM Pacific Time, when the draw takes place. The giveaway post is the controlling source for that period's prize and close time; Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. The close time for the current period is also shown on the giveaway page.

4. How to enter

Discord entry. (a) Join the Vital Chems Discord server via discord.gg/peps; (b) complete the server's 21+ verification; (c) open the current giveaway post in #giveaways and tap Enter before the close time. Tapping Enter again withdraws your entry.

Free email entry (no Discord account required). Email support@vitalchems.co with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and include your full name, date of birth, and state of residence. Emails must be received before the close time for that period. Email entries are added to the same draw pool as Discord entries and have exactly the same odds; if an email entrant wins, Sponsor notifies them by reply email.

Limit: one entry per person per giveaway period, by either method. There are no bonus entries of any kind. No purchase, payment, follow, like, share, repost, or invitation of other users is required to enter or affects the odds of winning. Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means, duplicate or alternate accounts, and accounts that fail verification are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules or Discord's rules.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per giveaway period. Prize: store credit at vitalchems.co in the amount stated on that period's giveaway post (approximate retail value equals the face amount). Store credit is applied to the winner's vitalchems.co account, has no cash value, is not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and expires 30 days after it is issued. Store credit may be used only for products lawfully sold on vitalchems.co, all of which are sold strictly for research and laboratory use, and Sponsor's standard Terms & Conditions apply to any purchase made with it. No substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The total prize value of any single weekly promotion is the one prize stated for that period.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

7. Winner selection and notification

At the close time, Sponsor's automated Discord bot selects the winner at random from all eligible entries, Discord and email entries in a single pool. The result is posted publicly in #giveaways and mirrored to Sponsor's Telegram channel; Discord winners are tagged, and email winners are notified by reply email. A staff member then follows up to arrange the store credit. Sponsor staff will never message you first to ask for payment, wallet addresses, or card details.

The potential winner must respond and claim the prize within 72 hours of the first notification. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is selected at random by the same method from the remaining eligible entries. A winner may be asked to confirm age and residency and, only where required by tax law, to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is issued.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to display the winner's Discord username, or first name and last initial and state, in the giveaway announcement, on Sponsor's Telegram channel, on vitalchems.co, in Sponsor's emails, and on Sponsor's social channels, without further compensation. A winner may ask to be listed as "Announced in Discord" instead.

10. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Montana without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.

11. Winners list

Winners for each period are posted in #giveaways and summarized on vitalchems.co/giveaway. To request the winner's name for a specific period, email support@vitalchems.co with the subject "Winners List" and the draw date, within 30 days of that draw.
