What purity level are your compounds and how is it verified?

All Vital Chems compounds meet a minimum 99% purity standard, verified by HPLC — many batches exceed 99.5%. Every batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory using HPLC, mass spectrometry and endotoxin testing. The exact purity for your batch is reported on its Certificate of Analysis.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and how do I read it?

A COA is the third-party lab report for a specific batch. It lists the measured purity, net compound content, identity confirmation (LC-MS/MS), and safety screens including endotoxin, fentanyl and sterility. Every certificate we hold is published on our COA page — tap any product's COA badge to see its results, or open the full PDF.

Do I need bacteriostatic water?

Compounds ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Bacteriostatic (BAC) water is a common companion research supply, so we stock it right alongside our compounds and you can add both to one order. For laboratory research use only.

How should I store the lyophilized product?

Most lyophilized compounds are stable at room temperature for weeks; for long-term storage we recommend refrigeration. Once in solution, keep refrigerated. Storage guidance is included with every order.

How fast do you ship, and is cold shipping required?

Orders placed before 1:30 PM PST ship the same business day in tracked, discreet packaging. Lyophilized powder is stable in transit and does not require cold shipping. US shipping is a $9.99 flat rate and free over $100; expedited 2-day delivery is available at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

US orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International delivery is 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Are these compounds for human use?

No. Everything we sell is strictly for laboratory and research use only — not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and not evaluated by the FDA. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher and accept responsibility for compliance with local regulations.

What is your return and refund policy?

If your order arrives damaged or there's a quality issue, email support@vitalchems.co within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. Due to the nature of reference standards we can't accept returns of opened or used product unless there's a quality issue.
