How quickly will I receive a response?
We respond to all email inquiries within 12 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT). For urgent order issues, include your order number in the subject line for priority handling.
How can I track my order?
Paid orders ship same day. Once yours ships you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking, or check anytime at vitalchems.co/track-order — no account needed. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
I received the wrong item or my order is damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Email support@vitalchems.co within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue — photo evidence is required for all claims. Once verified, we’ll send a one-time replacement at no cost.
How can I verify the quality of my order?
Every order includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) — third-party HPLC tested for purity and identity. COAs are on each product page and in your order email. Questions about a specific COA? Email us with your order number.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes — competitive pricing for bulk research orders. Email support@vitalchems.co with the compounds and quantities you’re after and we’ll send a custom quote, usually within 24–48 hours.
Can you recommend products for my research?
Everything we sell is strictly for laboratory research, so we can’t provide medical, therapeutic, or dosing advice. We’re happy to help with specs and purity — email your research focus, or browse our product pages and Discord community.
How do I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my order?
Every order includes access to its batch-specific COA. They’re on each product page and included in your order confirmation. Need a specific one? Email us with your order number and we’ll send it right over.
My payment didn’t go through. What should I do?
First, make sure your billing details match your card exactly. We also accept Venmo and PayPal if a card won’t go through. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll send a fresh, pre-filled payment link so you can finish in a tap.
